Attention: School of Human Life Science students
Are you expecting to graduate this semester?
You are responsible for nominating and maintaining your expected completion details on your enrolment record. Failure to notify the University of your expected completion date will result in your graduation being delayed.
If you have been identified as a potential graduate this semester you will receive written notification from the Graduations Office in early October. At that time, you can also check your Personal Graduation Details on the Graduation Office website.
What you need to do
If you are expecting to graduate this semester and if in early October you cannot access your personal graduation details and you have not received at letter from the Graduations Office you should contact Christa Moch immediately. Do not leave it until after the examination period as it may be too late to include you in the December ceremonies because of the extremely tight deadlines that surround graduation.
All graduation certifications remain provisional until course completions have been finalized, ie, all units have been successfully completed and all requirements (e.g. exemptions, work experience, cross-institutional results etc.) have been processed. If a unit is not completed, or if you fail a unit or other requirements remain outstanding, you will not be able to graduate.
